Gaucho, Glasgow

This is Gaucho’s first entirely carbon-neutral restaurant. This immersive space incorporates rich textures and tones inspired by the wild landscape of Argentina. Key theatrical focal points were created such as the glowing monochrome marble clad bar, angled mirrored wall to the open theatre kitchen, contrasting warm earthy tones and dramatic layered lighting.
